Coaching leaders of Communities of Practice

Coaching Community Leaders is a project of John D. Smith and Lauren Klein.  We are trying to understand how coaching helps leaders of communities of practice by interviewing the coaches and the leaders who receive coaching and reporting on our findings in various settings, including a half-day workshop at the 3rd International Conference on Communities and Technologies in East Lansing, Michigan on June 28th, 2007.
