Workshop schedule
- May 18, 2007 – deadline for registration (by writing to john.smith (at) learningalliances.net )
- Access to blog for posting will be set up immediately
- Organizing phone around June 7th for introductions, logistics and intentions
- Workshop structure – June 28, 2007 (morning or afternoon)
- Intro presentation and context-setting (Communities of practice, leadership and coaching) — report on our study by John and Lauren
- Demo coaching session: all observe one dyad & debrief
- In groups of 3, take turns being coach, coachee, and an observer on a common question
- Collective debrief, reflection on the practice & the complete conversation
- Follow-up conference call around July 12 – reflections on the workshop and further thoughts
